21.01.2022 I'm going to make an effort to walk places instead of automatically driving. Farmer Jacks is 1km in one direction, and Woolworths is 1.5km in the other. We get so lazy, and there is really no excuse. Everything is so close! #findyour30 #noexcuses #sunsout

17.01.2022 Box jumps were my nemesis for many months. I had a stupid fear of them! My partner thought I was hilarious because I was so scared. Little did he know HEAPS of people are afraid of them. With perserverance and a bit of guidance, I finally conquered them! In todays class I was proud to do 54 of them. Here's a little snippet of now one of my fav exercises.

17.01.2022 2019 is my year to shine! I have begun my training to become a qualified PT through Fit College in Joondalup. If anyone is after a great place to learn this profession, I highly recommend checking them out! https://www.fitcollege.edu.au/

14.01.2022 6am bootcamp at Mcraes Gym done and dusted. I did switch off my alarm and try go back to sleep, but the little voice in my head yelled JUST DO IT! I'm glad I did. A great way to start the day #findyour30

14.01.2022 This week has not been a fun week. 4 out of 6 of us got struck with a nasty stomach bug, and of course Mummy got hit the worst! I missed 3 days of Study, but managed to catch it all up in my own time. One thing I know is that I am NOT a study online person. Give me a classroom and a teacher anyday. Due to the illness, this is the first bit of exercise I've done all week. Starting off small with a 4km walk with bubs. I may do bootcamp in the morning though

13.01.2022 Who doesn't like Banana Bread?! And with the kidlets back at school (finally!) what a great, healthy lunchbox treat for them! ....Just don't tell them it's healthy ;) https://www.thenutritionguruandthechef.com//banana-bread-/

12.01.2022 Two years after baby number 3 (Elsie) was born, was when I first started to run. After I did the half marathon I decided to try something new on recommendation from a friend. I decided to do 28 by Sam Wood. His online programme helped me SO MUCH! The exercises were simple, the meals were great (I still eat his meals) and lets face it, he is nice to look at ;)

09.01.2022 I love this nutritionist, always keeping it real! https://www.thenutritionguruandthechef.com//5-foods-a-nut/

09.01.2022 I LOVE to run! And trust me, I'm definitely not the fastest, or have the best form, but I love it. It is a great stress reliever, it clears the mind, and it feels great afterwards. The best thing about it? No equipment necessary. Just yourself, your shoes, and the pavement. https://youtu.be/6WKvaheY8XM

08.01.2022 This afternoon I did not have the energy to workout. I did it anyway, and was so glad I did!

08.01.2022 Knees are a common complaint for pain in exercise. Watch this video to learn more about the biggest joint in the human body. https://youtu.be/SnfEmezg7eY

07.01.2022 My new PB since Frankie (baby no 4) was born! I'm determined to get back to where I was, but know it will take time. Morning run plus 45sec on, 10sec off x3 rounds Sit Up With Press Russian Twist... Plank #findyour30 See more
