15.01.2022 Good morning, spring is here. Time for some you time after winter/covid hibernation. Perhaps some Reflexology or Japanese Cosmolifting facial session.

12.01.2022 A little flashback to 2018 and a visit to #houseofwellnesstv for a segment promoting Reflexology. It was very timely as it coincided with the Govt. & Private health funds decision to drop Rebates for Reflexology treatments. I’m happy to say my clients realise the benefits offered by having regular reflexology and continue to look after their physical & mental health by keeping stress levels in check with their regular Reflexology sessions. I would also like to thank them for supporting my local business during 2020’s covid times.

10.01.2022 The last week of September annually is the time to celebrate and give your feet a treat with Reflexology.

10.01.2022 Hope everyone stays safe this Christmas , and makes the most of being at home. I decided to close early because of the Northern Beaches Covid outbreak and greater Sydney restrictions. As of Monday 21st December 2020 Select Health Effects is closed. All being well I should re-open on Monday 4th January. Please text me for bookings. Happy New Year let’s hope it’s an improvement on 2020.
