20.01.2022 Morning fellow actors, I was lucky to have access to film b-roll shots last night at the TV Week Logie awards and captured moments of joy, but also saw actors in moments of vulnerability preparing themselves to face the flash bulbs of the photographers. When you achieve the heights that you aspire there can be pressures you will face, such as scrutiny on what you wear and how you look. It takes courage to be an actor, be brave to work on your own inner demons so that your self worth comes from within rather than elsewhere. B :)

A lot of Aussie actors think about heading to LA during pilot season, but unless you've got a USA manager/agent and your working papers in order - it probably will be a waste of your time & money. The collective is led by the Arts Centre, and yesterday was the first of many FREE workshops designed to improve the mental health of the industry, and us the creative folks working in it....
