24.01.2022 Box Breathing is one of my favourite ways to overcome anxiety, stress, and overwhelm in the moment. Breathing helps to calm our fight or flight response, regulate our emotional responses, and bring us back to our centre. INHALE hold EXHALE hold 4 times for 4 counts each time. Repeat.

If this is you, I invite you to STOP for one minute - breathone breath in; one breath out. Go out into the sun, sit, or lie on the earth. Look inwards, and ask yourself - what do I need at this moment? What do you hear - listen for the whispers, be patient and kind, wait, listen, the answers will arrive, trust in yourself - you know what you need at this moment in time. If you grow impatient, take the time to ask yourself if you did know the answer, what would it be? Hear or imagine the answer; now take one step toward what you needtrusting in your inner wisdomalways remembering that you have got this.

09.01.2022 To transform is to make a significant change in one's form, nature, and appearance. To change is to cause something to be different or to replace one thing with another. In order to transform and change, you have to be prepared to try something new, to step outside of your comfort zone, to get comfortable with being uncomfortable, with relearning to trust in yourself, and to 'back yourself'? You also have to be prepared for all of those old stories, fears, and doubts to keep coming up, and for those times when you will say - it is all too hard, why bother. Here three tips to help you step outside your comfort zone, try something new, and get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
