09.01.2022 It is the season for local competitive distance running events and the semi-elite and weekend warriors alike gear up for some serious training. Osteopathic treatment can help ensure that you can stay on the trails and put measures in place to help reduce injury risk. It’s also vitally important that increasing your running volume and speed is done in a planned manner so that you are not constantly getting ‘niggles’ as your training builds. The last thing you want to do is go too hard too early and be on the sidelines with an injury when your intended race day comes around. www.sequenceosteo.com.au
