25.01.2022 Dear customers, As you may have heard of the recent announcement made by VIC Premier Daniel Andrews is locking down metropolitan Melbourne to stage 3 as of midnight tomorrow, Wednesday - 8th July 2020. We are deeply sad and disappointed that we have to close all of our locations again.... Please note all booking appointments after Wednesday 8th July 2020 will be cancelled without notification therefore, we need you to book in for tomorrow. We still have social distancing and safety measures in place and we kindly ask all customers to adhere to our guidelines. As always prior to entering we will need to use infrared thermometers (temperature gun) to check your temperature and require you to wash your hands prior to sitting down for your service. We are currently receiving large numbers of booking requests, please rest assured we will get back to each person but please include your Name, time, service and shop location. Limited numbers of customers will be allowed in per store. We recommend bookings as walk in customers may have longer waiting times. Thank you to everyone on the ongoing support during this period, we look forward to seeing you all soon after this stage 3 lock down. In the meantime stay safe and be kind to one another! 20.01.2022 Dear all customers, As you may have heard the recent announcement made by VIC Premier Daniel Andrew allowing nail salons to re-open on Monday June 1st, yes we’re reopening on that date! We are excited but we must be cautious therefore, we have safety measures in place we kindly ask all customers to adhere to our guidelines. We have infrared thermometers (temperature gun) that will be used on customers forehead prior to entering the shop, we also have installed acrylic scree...ns and will be spacing out the furniture and equipment. Please wash your hands prior to sitting down for your service. We are currently receiving large numbers of booking requests, please rest assured we will get back to each person but please include your Name, time, service and shop location. There will be limited numbers of customers allowed in per store (20) therefore, we recommend you book an appointment as walk ins may have longer waiting times. 19.01.2022 Important announcement: With our fingers crossed, we eagerly look forward to Step 3 of the Victorian Government roadmap to a COVID Normal, whereby the majority of retail will be allowed to re-open. This is currently planned for either 19 or 26 October pending case numbers. We are currently receiving large numbers of bookings and enquiries for the upcoming week beginning 19th Monday for bookings however, we are uncertain of what our Vic. Premier Daniel Andrews will announc...e on Sunday 18th October 2020. Until we are given the ok to open we will accept bookings and respond back to everyone to confirm their appointments. In preparation for Step 3, all stores have prepared a COVIDSafe plan to meet government requirements. We must also keep record of all customers and employees that enter our premises we will require customers contact name and number including time of checking in and out. You must wear a mask upon entering our stores as per public health advice. We kindly ask all customers to sanitise/ wash their hands prior to their nail service. Furthermore, we will be practising good hygiene throughout all our stores this includes cleaning surfaces with detergents and disinfectant, installations of screens and spacing of our work areas have been implemented. We kindly ask any customers with any mild symptoms of fever, respiratory symptons (coughing, sore throat, shortness of breath) to cancel their appointments and to stay home and get tested. 06.01.2022 Latest announcement 18th October 2020 Dear customers, We’re now accepting all bookings for all our stores beginning November 1. To book please use messenger on Facebook to request your date + time + service + store location. Also include your name and contact number.... All booking will be confirmed via messenger. Currently gift vouchers are available for purchase and vouchers will be sent out via POST or can be picked up in store from November 1. Beauty salons are not allowed to open yet, including eyebrow waxing, eyelash extensions and nail salons, although that could change with the Premier saying it will be reviewed if the number of cases drop.
