We request tha...t you be patient and understanding of the conditions under which we are required to operate. Our procedures: All attendees will be requested to sign-in and provide a contact either phone or email address. Please observe the physical distancing of 1.5 metres that will be required between all people (except between family members). All stalls will provide hand sanitisers for your use and a hand washing station will be available for customer use. Contact free transactions are encouraged. Handling of items is not permitted until purchase time. A COVID Safety Marshal will be on duty throughout the market for your support. Please observe the entry and exit requirements. With hundreds of people coming through, stall holders selling out of stock and smiles all round. 20.01.2022 Did you know that foxes pose a health risk to humans and pets, through the transmission of diseases such as distemper, parvovirus and mange? Not only do they do... spread diseases, but they also heavily predate on livestock, sheep farmers can lose up to 40% of newborn lambs in one season! It’s never too late to learn a new skill and Landcare SJ has enlisted the help of the Peel Harvey Biosecurity Group to provide you with the opportunity to learn from experienced fox controllers at a local property in Serpentine on Friday 20 November. Attendees will be given loads of practical tips and information, and go home with some useful resources. The workshop is supported by the Peel-Harvey Catchment Council through funding from the Alcoa Foundation Restoring the Serpentine River Project and Three Rivers, One Estuary Initiative.
