22.01.2022 Emails or phone calls from Microsoft, Telstra, the AFP, the FBI, ... (you get the picture - ANYONE!) asking you to change your password or details with them online or over the phone are BOGAS!!!! DON'T click on the link and DON'T give them access to your bank account or PC - you'll only be opening up a world of pain! Seems obvious, perhaps, but you might be surprised how many people still approach emails and phone calls too innocently, not thinking that they might receive SPAM emails/ calls pretending to be something they're not. Sorry everyone, time to get shrewd! If in ANY doubt, hang up/ mark as SPAM! If they're serious, they'll get in contact with you properly and WON'T complain if you've thought their original method were sus!

14.01.2022 What do you think of our new logo and slogan?

02.01.2022 Phone calls advising you that your PC has infections, etc are COMPLETELY, 100% BOGAS!! No-one, anywhere, no matter how clever, can gain access to your PC unless: 1. They are doing so WITHOUT your consent using malware (software designed to cause problems on your PC or allow someone onto your PC for that specific purpose); or because 2. They are doing so WITH your consent because you have asked them to access your machine in this manner and have given them sufficient information to do so. If they claim to be from Microsoft, Windows or anywhere at all, I can absolutely, 100% assure you that they are NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Waste their time or hang up on them, but NEVER indulge them by giving them any of your details, even if they seem to have some already.
