18.01.2022 We take the safety of the Children, Educators and Visitors to Sesame Lane Regency very seriously. Tonight we undertook our fire training, where we went through what steps need to take place should we come across a fire. Some of us even got hands on practicing with a fire extinguisher.
18.01.2022 Today our Nursery friends were introduced to these beautiful bean bags that Miss Gillian created, using the print designed by our local artist Miss Aleerah. The print designs on the beanbags represents the healthy and happy learning, that children attending Sesame Lane achieve during their early childhood journey. The children were encouraged to explore through touch and feel, while Educators told the story behind what each print represents. What a beautiful way to include indigenous perspectives, through story time with our babies.
17.01.2022 Here at Regency Street Sesame Lane we believe that every child has the right to spend their day in a clean, well resourced and beautiful environment. In our junior play ground we have created an area where the children are able to relax, read a book and feel the breeze on their face as they take alittle swing. This links with the NQF 3.2.1 inclusive environment.

13.01.2022 With the addition of the new road signs to the middle yard. Ali took the opportunity to speak to the children about each one and what it meant and what you needed to do when you saw one. Once these were placed around the yard you could hear the children talking to each other reminding each other what they meant. These life skills that we can incorporate into our everyday program at the centre allows the children to be confident and capable out in the wider community.
