Despite our best intentions to deliver finished product, it appears due to a number of unforeseen reasons, we are regrettably unable to release our first stage this year.... The below time frame is an indication of our revised goals for the project delivery: Master plan and first release stage plan by late October 2020 Construction to commence on first release after the wet season early 2021. In September this year, you will notice some minor earthworks onsite. This is to prepare for the construction next year. We hope the above information assists many of our eager buyers to plan for the future. 04.01.2022 Development Update We have been working with Mackay Regional Council to deliver a master plan that is carefully considered and offers you better homesites, larger backyards, flatter building envelopes and more parkland and open spaces. We will be submitting the improved master plan to Mackay Regional Council for approval prior to Christmas. We would anticipate approval of the new plan early in the New Year. ... As soon as we receive Council's approval we will have a better understanding of project time frames to be able to update the community on.
