25.01.2022 BREAKFAST AT SETTLERS - During the month of November we will only be open for breakfast on Sunday's. 8.30am-11am. We will open for morning tea at 10am Saturdays followed by lunch commencing at 11am. We will review weekend opening times and breakfasts for the rest of summer at the end of November.

22.01.2022 Settlers House York recently became registered as an Australian Veteran Owned Business. It is our continued pledge to help serving members and veterans in any and every way we can. There are far more veterans in York than most realise. We recently handed over two metal benches to a fellow called Troy Parker who is a PTSD veteran trying to open up a retreat at Cold Harbour in York WA. The retreat will be called Diggers Rest Pictured are on the left Brian Huddy - owner of ...Settlers House York (Ex RAAF) his mate Ted Ayres (Ex regular Army), Trevor Bernhardt (ex regular Army) and Troy Parker (Digger Rest - Ex regular Army) Troy has done it tough but he is doing something about his recovery and at the same time he is building up Diggers Rest to help other PTSD sufferers. These benches were constructed by Trevor Bernhardt. Brian and Ted purchased one and Trevor donated the other to Troy Parker as he continues to build up this very worthwhile retreat. Troy was blown away and said: It’s not just a bench, but incorporates all the things a soldier stands for in its construction and gifting - Mate-ship, Integrity and Professionalism

Settlers House York are usually closed on Wednesday's but will be opening for lunch only for service personnel, ex-service personnel, firies, ambos & police from 12pm tomorrow (Wednesday 11th November).
