18.01.2022 The Murray Darling Basin System needs a miracle. We are privileged to be contracted to consult with First Nation custodians whose wisdom is vital in the process to restore the river, habitats and ecosystems to full health. If only their recommendations are progressed, miracles can be reality. This video shares the perspectives of local people living on the river which needs action NOW.
15.01.2022 Proud to have supported Colour Tumby in the development and writing of this funding application in collaboration with Damian Modra and Regional Development Australia Whyalla and Eyre Peninsula. Delighted to see their success and the recognition of this creative community driven event in the region. #lovejobs
14.01.2022 Honoured to be listening to First Nations wisdom about how we save, protect and nourish the Murray Darling Basin struggling to survive under current management practice. Perspectives that we include in our independent consultation report to NSW Government from the workshop held Friday. We loved our Welcome to Country in Muthi Muthi language when we visited Balranald community on Saturday to discuss their draft report. Wonderful opportunities to listen and learn. AND there was RAIN!! #grateful
13.01.2022 We are on a twilight road trip to Balranald to consult with First Nations people about the Murray Darling Basin. We love connecting with community and doing work that we trust makes a difference.
13.01.2022 Listening, learning and sharing insights at the National Indigenous Employment Forum with our project partners ORC International and Transform. Wonderful to connect with Duane and Danny from ETM Perspectives. The video Missing Link Media put together was a massive hit featuring clear strong voices from people seeking jobs and the changes in the jobactive system they want to see.
12.01.2022 Tender writing. As opposed to writing tenderly. Late nights at the office, takeaway and love. #focused #team #purpose #yeswecan

09.01.2022 There are days when planning sessions are conducted where waves of Mother Natures wisdom rolls in. We discussed our plans for our business, refined our shared purpose and made a list of all the tasks to be completed. Just before we left to head back to the office via Boston Bean Coffee Company for a chai, our meeting was joined by a large pod of dolphins keen to be on the agenda. Constant action balanced by deep breaths of appreciation for our environment. #dolphinsurfing... #anyotherbusiness #eyrepeninsula #sleafordbay See more

07.01.2022 After Business Chicks emailed to discuss how they were building the cultural competency of their organisation, and supporting #blacklivesmatter, I joined. They are now raising funds for the Mudgin-gal Womens Group so they can purchase a van to ensure women and children have ease of access to their services. If you are moved to do so, get on board!
06.01.2022 Putting Aboriginal people at the centre of policy, program and evaluation design to address the disparities experienced by First Nations people in Australia. Wise idea. May we listen and learn. #closethegap
