19.01.2022 This week is all about getting the kids ready to go back to school. Aaahhhh! Im at the machine all week if you need hems taken up (or reattached), buttons sewn on, seams/tears repaired or name labels attached. Name labels are a great way of ensuring your childs school items always make it back home!

11.01.2022 Small tears in a school dress can be easily fixed to get you through. First, iron a small piece of fusible interfacing to the inside of the garment to give it a bit of stability. Then, zig zag stitch in a corresponding thread so its not too visible. Let me know if you need help.

10.01.2022 HAPPY NEW YEARS! Well, now weve all had a break and rested its time to get back to work. Im opening my 2019 calendar for free curtain/blind measure and quotes to get the year started. Woohoo! Excited to get the year started.

04.01.2022 Ive been a busy tidying up lots of small projects lately. The kind that build up and feel like there is too many to conquer. Well not anymore! Ahhhhh Today I finished some beautiful rod pocket sheer curtains for a dear friend. Cant wait to hang them for her .

03.01.2022 Certainly feels like the year is wrapping up perfectly. Love when jobs come together just right and I see amazing results like this. Thank you so much to my fabulous customers for trusting me to do what I do.

03.01.2022 And that’s a wrap! 50 meters turned into 6 curtains with 220 pleats. Love getting to the end and seeing how lovely they turn out.

02.01.2022 Some curtains are well worth repairing rather than replacing. Sometimes a bit of TLC can have them looking almost new again.

02.01.2022 Recently, a new customer found me because she bought herself curtains from China. What she thought she was getting is triple pinch pleat. What she ended up with was not what she planned and it was a little costly for her to fix. She was short changed on material and professional finish.
