24.01.2022 The Other day we picked up some Upholstery sampler bundles. I have no idea what we are going to do with them , but today, Using the Singer 872 ,five thread, serger. Just cutting off the back tape and doing the edges. >Who knows what idea will come by the end of the day.

22.01.2022 Would anyone be able to identify this amazing bird please ? Sometimes we are graced with beauty. Unfortunately it not always something we can keep. This fell of the front of a truck which stopped out the front. I have not see such colors. Stunning RIP Gorgeous.

20.01.2022 This is a vintage Monogramer we received from lisa some time ago. Will it work? Hmmm time will tell. This is one of the early Letter embroidery machine attachments from back in the 60/70's



19.01.2022 Not an often occurrence. R.A.G Being very tidy. I just wanted to neaten up the edges on these Upholstery fabric samples. spent all afternoon doing it. A rarity but actually did happen.

15.01.2022 Threw some chilli seeds in the back garden. Just to save throwing them out. WOW a hell of a lot have shot. Will re plant all of these. Looks like we are going to get a few Chilli's this year. Did The same with Capsicums. They are just shooting now .

14.01.2022 What started off as a dash to bendigo to pick up an online purchase of Multiple threads ended up being a HUGE day. Here is what those threads developed into.

12.01.2022 After yesterdays amazing purchase of a hundred odd threads. I decided I needed something to sit them all on. SO the trek around the yard seeking the most R.A.G object to suite. Here is that effort.

12.01.2022 A bit of excitement today. Received the (possibly suitable ) Letter cams for the Monogramer . Watch this space. This was a Gamble. purchasing some cards for an Australian sold Monogramer from the US of A. This was the Fancy letter attachment prior to computer programing. Not a lot to lose



11.01.2022 This ,mornings first task. A walk with a trolley , pick up some items , home gain and assemble a plant station. Why would any one not want to do this.

08.01.2022 Free to a good home. These were surprise finds in todays bonus pick up. WE have no use for these . So happy to have these go to a home which will use them. have been blown up all day so we would say good condition. Pending pick up. Time to be confirmed

07.01.2022 Eight years ago my mother left us. One thing I had always wanted was her spinning wheel. The Ashford Traveller. My first spinning wheel I purchased was in 1991 in Meekatharra , W.A. I sent Mum the cash and she purchased me one and sent it over to me. Finally I now have Mum's wheel. Very pleased. My first job today was get it going. Tick.
