02.01.2022 After sum minor setbacks, Beverley Allen now can enjoy her new concrete driveway and front Path. A thank-u to Belcat Excavations for their role (removal of old concrete and levelling) and Dylon Smith for his concreting effort.

01.01.2022 Check list 1: remove old tiles and shower base 2: clean floor and re-hash walls 3: waterproof wet area 4: cut n lay tiles accordingly... 5: fit showerbase Also thought I mite share 1way cut a hole in a porcelain tile, & yes its with a "holesaw" Tape up the area in whicb the hole is needed, I use "nitto" electrical tape & run it over itself in opposite directions until i cover the area + 2cms wider than needed on the visible side (glazed) Then pre drill (from the glazed face) a 6mm hole central to the area with a hammerdrill in stages, this keeps heat down. I do it on grass that has an even feel across the underside on the tile, my belief, the grass becomes a dampner, reducing vibrations, which reduces risk of cracking. Once this is done, I repeat the process using a "tungsten carbide" hole saw but from the underside this time. Again the slower, the better, keeps heat low & allows the holesaw to work correctly. Check out the pic's roughly took me 6 mins. The list could go on & on, check out the pic's instead. Let me know what you think.. Cheers Humphrey
