24.01.2022 In recognition of our wonderful School Community Breakfast Club, the Commonwealth Bank has donated $500 towards our program. We thank the CBA for their kind contribution and look forward to running our Brekky Club on Friday mornings again in 2021.

Today, we pause to remember those who have fought and died to protect our home and our rights. May all those who lay down their lives to protect others be at peace with God.

The children were confident and very settled and we look forward to really getting to know them. 12.01.2022 Congratulations to Georgia on your Principals Award this week. Georgia has a caring personality and works well with others. Georgia is a helpful and considerate member of our school and is a good friend to everyone. We are super proud of you, Georgia!

12.01.2022 Students in Grade 3 have made dioramas that show the settings in which Jesus lived, in their Religion classes as part of the unit 'Followers of Jesus'.

10.01.2022 St Francis was successful in receiving a $15,000 Philomena Billington Arts grant towards our "Home Grown" exhibition next year. The announcement was made as part of the MacKillop Art Exhibition launch last Friday. Also, check out Sandhurst Catholic school students wonderful contributions to this year's exhibition, as it brings together hundreds of artworks, which celebrate the creativity of our students and the educators who nurture their talent. https://www.ceosand.catholic.edu.au/mae/

09.01.2022 Today, we held our Activities Day with round robin events including soccer, dodge ball and bluearth games. This was a day led by the Grade 6 group to support them with their leadership roles throughout the school. A fun and enjoyable time for all!!

08.01.2022 This Friday 20 November, we will celebrate Walk To School day. We will again leave from the Nathalia Memorial Gardens at 8.15am and walk the levy bank to school for a Grab-N-Go healthy breakfast. We hope to see you there

01.01.2022 Today, we celebrated Walk To School day, leaving the Memorial Gardens as a school to walk across the levy bank over the Squeaky Bridge and over to school together. We then celebrated with a Grab-N-Go breakfast of egg and bacon pinwheels and pieces of fresh fruit. It was so lovely to celebrate a breakfast together again!
