25.01.2022 Breaking news today! The Morrison Government has announced a $17.6 billion economic plan to support the Australian economy as the world deals with challenges posed by the spread of coronavirus. Measures include: Increasing the Instant Write off threshold from $30,000 to $150,000; Employers receiving a minimum tax free payment of between $2,000 to $25,000; A one-off $750 stimulus payment to pensioners and social security recipients.... These are some of the measures announced which are not finalised nor law at present. Keep washing your hands and watching the news people and please don't hesitate to contact us.

01.01.2022 The ATO Small Business Superannuation Clearing House is being replaced and will not be available from the 19th to 25th of February. After the 25th you will be able to use the new system via: 1. The Business Portal. If you don't have a Portal search 'register for an Auskey' 2. My Gov - for Sole Traders Alternatively, your tax agent or bookkeeper will be able to complete the super details on your behalf. Please make sure you are ready for the change.
