Our new office hours are 10.00am - 3.00pm, Monday - Friday with skeleton staff. We are still very much operating and available to support our clients but some of our staff are likely to be working from home due to social distancing. We are temporarily relocating from our shopfront from September 24, 2020 and from then on we will be working from home. We are endeavouring to respond to clients who are travelling in March and April at this stage. For those of you travelling later, we will let you know when and if your travel plans have been affected as the situation is very different from day to day.... To the best of our knowledge, most insurance companies do not cover for cancellations for pandemics, but please check with your insurer. We implore you to monitor the situation on the Smart Traveller web site, together with the World Health Organisation site. These sites are a wealth of information on the current situation.
