15.01.2022 15 Herbal Skin Care Tips: Simple Ayurvedic Face Beauty Tips Tip 1: Grapes: To add glow to your face, take a few grapes and rub on your face. Or, make it into a pack by mashing the grapes.... Tip 2: Cucumber juice, glycerine and rose water: Mixing together cucumber juice, glycerine and rose water is very effective. Use it before stepping out in the sun and after returning. Tip3: Sandalwood, turmeric and milk: Make a fine paste of sandalwood powder, a little turmeric powder and milk. Apply this on face, leave on for a few minutes, and get natural glow and freshness. Tip 4: Honey and cream: Mixing honey and cream is a great way to keep the skin soft and glowing, especially during winters. Tip 5: Fresh milk, salt and lime juice: Take some fresh milk; add a pinch of salt and little lime juice, it cleans and opens skin pores. Tip 6: Tomato juice: Tomato juice, mixed with lemon juice helps keep face soft and glowing. Tip 7: Turmeric powder, wheat flour and sesame oil: Make a paste using turmeric powder, wheat flour and sesame oil.Apply this on your skin to remove unwanted hair. Tip 8: Cabbage juice and honey: Cabbage juice when mixed with a little honey and applied on face prevents wrinkles. Tip 9: Carrot juice: Applying carrot juice on the face directly is a great way to get natural glow. Tip 10: Honey and cinnamon powder: Make a paste with 3 parts of honey and 1 part cinnamon powder. Apply it on pimples and leave it overnight. This shows a considerable effect in removing pimples and reducing the scaring. Tip 11: Groundnut oil and lime juice: Mix a little groundnut oil with fresh lime juice and apply on face to prevent pimples and blackheads. Tip 12: Aloe Vera juice: Applying Aloe Vera juice on the affected areas helps in reducing pigmentation marks along with hydrating the skin. Tip 13: Ghee and glycerine: A mixture of ghee and glycerine is a great home-made moisturiser. Tip 14: MultaniMitti, rose petals, neem, tulsi and rose water: Applying a paste using multanimitti, rose petals, neem leaves powder, tulsi leaves powder and a little rose/lemon water leaves the skin healthy and glowing. Tip 15: Apricots and yogurt: Mix apricots and yogurt to get a smooth paste. This enhances the skin and gives a fresh look. Add honey to the concoction if you have dry skin.

13.01.2022 Honey For Dry Skin 1. Facial Scrub: Most face washes available in the market have honey as a major constituent. Now you can make your own facial scrub at half the price in the comfort of your home.... For this youll need olive oil, fresh lemon juice, brown sugar and honey. Whip up a moderately thick mask out of these ingredients in a bowl Apply a thin layer on your face. This mask will be a lot less abrasive and will slowly remove dead skin to reveal younger and brighter looking skin. 2. A Stronger Exfoliator: If you suffer from very dry and flaky skin then you need to depend on an exfoliator that can remove dead cells gently and yet not harm your skin. Combine 2 egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix this well and apply the paste to your face and other dry problem areas. Leave the mixture on for a good half hour before you rinse it off. Warm the mixture before application to easily rub off dead cells. 3. Natural Moisturizer: Honey is super hydrating and does wonders to dry skin. Add honey and a few tablespoons of Shea butter, whipped or melted. This is a great moisturizer that can be applied from head to toe. Alternatively, drop two tablespoons of honey and cocoa butter into a bowl. To this add 2 drops of bergamot oil and one single drop of lavender oil. Mix the ingredients well till they blend into each other. Once the mixture is ready slowly apply it onto your face and other affected parts of the body. If you wish to use this mixture for your entire body you may need to make larger quantities. Keep any remaining mixture in a bowl and cover it with a lid. The paste may solidify so simply microwave it for the next application! Make sure you use this mixture after a bath on clean and dry skin! Leave the mixture on for just about 20 minutes, before washing it with a mild face wash or plain water. Honey will lock in the natural moisture in your skin leaving it feeling fresh and soft to touch. 4. Sweet Hearts Honey and Chocolate Body Scrub: Make this super hydrating body scrub at home and enjoy the same benefits at half the cost! Ingredients: 2 large cups honey 6tbsp unsweetened chocolate (preferably grated) 2 cups of kosher salt Half a cup of grape seed oil. Preparation: In a mixing bowl, combine the honey and grape seed oil before stirring in the chocolate. Do not pour in water. Let the consistency be thick and somewhat grainy. Now apply this scrub on your body, allow it to be absorbed by the body before you step into the shower!

02.01.2022 Shahnaz Hussain tips for Beautiful Healthy skin: 1. Yogurt and Turmeric: Mix 2 teaspoons of yogurt with a pinch of turmeric powder and apply it on your face for 15 minutes every day.... This helps to remove Tan and also keeps your skin fresh, soft and healthy. 2. Neem and Chandan(sandal): Step1: Use a pack of Chandan on your face for 12 minutes. Step2: Wash it off with a solution of soaked and strained neem leaves When done regularly, this procedure will help you fight pimples. Neem is very popular as one of the oldest and most powerful anti-bacterial agent ever. It will also help you get a great complexion too. 3. Lemon: Apply a solution of Lemon juice, Cucumber juice and Milk in a 2:2:1 ratio on your face to brighten up the complexion. 4. Black Heads: For treating black heads and white heads, a mixture of scrub made of rice flour and sour curd works best. This is among the best tips to get beautiful skin. 5. Blemishes: To clean blemishes, use some juice of lemon, milk and cucumber in the ratio of 1:2:1 respectively to clean the face with a cotton ball. 6. Dry Skin Cleansing: For dry skin cleansing, 10 drops of sunflower oil and three drops of raw milk should be mixed to clean your face using a cotton ball. 7. Tan removal: To remove sun tan, a mixture of 1 egg white,1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp honey can be mixed together and used on your face. Wash it off after 15 minutes. 8. Oily skin: To remove excess oiliness, a mixture of 2 tbsp of tomato juice mixed with curd can be used onto face on a daily basis and washed off after 15 minutes. 9. Dark patches: To remove dark patches on the skin, a mixture of 1 part honey with 2 parts lemon juice can be used for 15 minutes. 10. Dark circles: To remove under eye patches or dark circles, massage sweet almond oil with your ring finger slowly in round movements daily. 11. Skin Whitening: For normal to oily skin, a face pack made of oatmeal, yogurt, honey and ground almonds i.e. sweet almond powder can be used on to face. This is one of the best natural beauty tips for fair skin which is normal to oily. 12. For normal to dry skin: A face pack made of Wheat bran powder and one tbsp each of orange juice, curd, honey and olive oil can be used on to face.
