24.01.2022 We're blessed to be part of a great online conference with Awaken HQ called the INLiGHTen Conference. This is a 7 Day virtual worldwide gathering from 24-30 October featuring over 100 speakers and experts sharing tools and techniques that have helped their clients over the years. This conference has a focus on holistic approaches to Mental & Emotional Health. I will be presenting tomorrow a workshop called, "Intro to Shaking Medicine - Somatic Therapy for Reducing Stress, Anx...iety & Trauma" from 11-12:30 AEST.
