25.01.2022 Dieting for weight loss. The fundamentals and why you might be plateauing. There is no magic formula for dieting, no diet is superior to another, no diet plan fits all. All diets have one thing in common and that is putting you into a calorie deficit in one way or another. A calorie deficit is eating less calories than you burn off, it is that simple, but also not so simple....Continue reading

22.01.2022 My story I was overweight growing up and it wasn’t until I turned 16 and started dating, that it became a real problem. I had zero confidence and hated the way I looked. If I didn’t like the way I looked why would anyone else right? I had to make a change, and I did, I started working out all the time and tried every diet out there. I lost all the weight, but I also lost the muscle I had gained in the gym. I became too skinny and gave up on the diet because it sucked ass. Res...ulting in me putting all the weight back on and some. This was my routine for many years, I would be at an uncomfortable weight, a holiday would come around and motivate me to lose it again, always becoming too bloody skinny, and gaining all the weight back again. I was not happy and could not find the right diet for me or one that was sustainable at least. I was fed up with putting on weight and losing all my gains when trying each new diet. So, I started learning the science behind dieting and training. I was over training which did not allow my muscles to recover and it had a negative impact on my progress, but it was the dieting along with over training which resulted in becoming too skinny. My body was exhausted and had no nutrition for recovery. Over the last few years, I have implemented what I have learnt and tailored an eating routine that fits my lifestyle. Most diets work well but they are not sustainable long term. You get results, stop dieting, and pile it all back on again. I do not see my diet as a diet because I do not restrict any foods, if I want to eat it, I do, and you can too. You just need to find out what works for you. I train less than I used to and have seen much better results. The truth is you do not need to spend hours a day in the gym. You can see amazing results with only 3 days a week training, you do not even have to have a gym membership. This breakthrough has changed my life and I want to help you get the same results! If you want to make a change TODAY, a change that will last A LIFETIME, then leave a comment or click the link below NOW. I am looking to work closely with 10 people to give you the confidence and knowledge to make sustainable changes for good.
