12.01.2022 Dear customers, I’m manager of Shangcourt Chinese Restaurant. We truely apologise to all of our customers. On this Friday night 22/11/2019, we have some new waitress working in our restaurant, they young and less experiences. We encourage junior or high school student working and learn experience.Sometimes they may make some mistakes, but I hope we can give these Junior students an opportunity to start their first job and have experience. We apologize we should give our staff more time for training and know how to service customer well. Sorry on this Friday night , some of our customers were waiting to long to have their meals/order.
