I’ve had a year I’d rather forget but I’m back and fired up to get you all motivated to feel great and look amazing for summer. Celebrate how far you have come since you started, you have done so well so far, so focus on the successes. Remember, each time you weigh yourself and have LOST XYZ grams, that's a loss, so celebrate. When I say celebrate, I don't mean eat something or have a wine, I mean give yourself a pat on the back and be proud of what you have j...ust accomplished. Every little loss helps towards the end result so make sure you acknowledge the small achievements. If you have a gain, don't freak out, just accept that it is the body moving itself around and tomorrow will be a better day. But if you have you have followed the program and menu to the T and have drank your 3 litres each day but have gains a few days in a row, contact your mentor straight away and let them help you. Something may need a little tweak to get you back on track - that is what we are here for. And the team at the Shape Up Sista's are always here for you :)

Some examples I have found easier since the PH@TT Program are;...
