25.01.2022 Happy Love Day!!!! I'm not buying into the commercialism of Valentine's Day but I absolutely am buying in to having a day to focus on LVE! Today; I'll be extra present when hugging, kissing and loving on hubby and my daughter. I'll give myself a extra big smile of appreciation and love in the mirror. I'll be surrounded by family at my cousins wedding and will be opening my heart even more and accepting all the love vibes that come my way! BIG LOVE to all of you and I hope you're heart feels full to the brim today! Xxx

19.01.2022 What does 'Self Love' mean to you? The more I delve inward the more I realise honoring all of me; body, mind and soul is what it's all about. Listening out for what I need and then actually giving myself permission to act on those needs is where it all starts. ... Sounds simple enough I know but when my world consists of; being comfortable other people to think of or not think of my own thoughts getting in the way or keeping myself or mind busy, so I cant actually slow down enough to have the quite that's necessary to hear my intuition. ... honoring those needs becomes a whole new ball game! Putting yourself first becomes the battle. The more I allow my intuition to guide me and let go of all that was,the more I am living my truth, the more I stand in my power, the more I fall in love with myself. Honoring what my soul is calling out for is my version of Self Love... what's yours? What's your soul calling out for?

13.01.2022 This statement has never meant more to me than now. It has always been a belief but it wasn't until after Evie that I actually lived it. Pre Evie I was super defined in my style, knowing: exactly what I liked and what suited me. I had extra $$ to buy as I wanted, when ever I wanted.... I was constantly in shops absorbing what was available. I had $$ to pamper myself, hair, makeup, nails etc. I had the time to put together my looks on a daily basis. I had a lifestyle that enabled me to wear the looks I loved BUT... After having Evie all of it changed; I changed My body changed My vibe changed, what I was drawn to changed The time I had available changed The funds available changed My values changed My needs changed Feeling the effects of these changes left me in a place I wasn't comfortable with, felling a way i never had never felt....I was feeling Blahhhhh and this had NEVER before been a option before. On a low day pre-Evie I'd simply put on a extra glam get up and extra intense colour popped lip and I almost always managed to squish those feelings after investing the time and energy in to myself to look and feel great! BUT post Evie meant; being time poor none of the glam get ups fit me nor were they appropriate for baby days my vibe changing not connecting with my wardrobe as it was I had to change something and that i did! Filling up x4 massive vacuum seal bags of clothes I still loved but didn't fit and x3 bags to charity condensed my wardrobe dramatically. I no longer started my days walking into a wardrobe of what was, I had started the process to coming home to myself. With my condensed wardrobe I started to see the gaps and began to invest in a few new pieces and before long i had a mix'n'match wardrobe that I loved, that fit me, that worked in with the vibe I wanted 'fun, easy, not mumsy' I was home, I was feeling like 'me' again. I had refused to buy clothes because I was determined to lose the 26kg I put on in the year after having Evie. I denied myself what I constantly preach; INVEST IN YOURSELF and I absolutely felt the difference and I will never let myself down like that again. If I was to tell you that 5-10 items can have you feeling amazing, why deny yourself that, I sure as hell never will again! See more

08.01.2022 This is what bringing a Stylist into your current wardrobe looks like! Gorgeous Anna had me come in for a Mix'n'Match session, using her existing wardrobe. Anna has amazing taste and a lot of wonderful 'highlight' pieces but a wardrobe full of amazing items does not = a complete look. ... So we figured out Anna's Style Formula. After looking through her home and several magazines for inspiration, I started to see the common thread in what Anna was drawn to; SOPHISTICATION QUIRK and a element of STRUCTURE These three words became Anna's mantra for creating a look. We then added breaking down her body and figuring out her proportions, and how to balance them. Tucking in, a belt or highlighting the waist area through garment fit or design was a must, once adding this... MAGIC!
