25.01.2022 Hooray, Mishous' Cafe will be open again from tomorrow for diners. If you are wondering what to do with yourselves, I suggest heading up to Mitcham to support this wonderful business, but only if you want the best coffee and baklava in town.

17.01.2022 "Yesterday" may be an old Beatles song, but it was my Beck's birthday and I thank you God for bringing her into my life and you are now looking after her forever. I miss her smile, laugh and sense of fun. It was my one and only beautiful daughter Beck's Birthday on Friday. I have a life time of "yesterdays" to remember her as the beautiful young woman ,who I was so proud of. She was the best gift I ever was ever given. So thank you to her friends for the phone calls. It is s...o lovely to hear how your lives are going and to hear about your new additions. I think Beck would be pleased if she could see you all now. She was loved and gave love in return. Enjoy your lives and make the most of them. You have your own memories of "Yesterday with Beck". I wish so much that she could be here enjoying her life. She is never far from my thoughts. 02.01.2022 So the election is done and dusted and unfortunately I am not your Councillor this time, but I still feel like a winner because of the enormous support and kindness of neighbours and friends who displayed my corflutes and posters in their front yards and shops and who walked many kilometres to drop leaflets into letterboxes. You are all wonderful and I am so grateful for your kind words and encouragement. You all understand how much I believe in the power of community. A sincere thank you to everyone.
