06.01.2022 Hey everyone. Depression is a heavy companion... One that isn't easily shaken...sometimes never... The Tiresome Weight... That Constant pull towards the Depths...... The Pressure in your Chest... A Numbness of the Mind... All of these as well as many others make the Chains that bring you down... I myself suffer from Depression, I have been for many years now. Even attempted Suicide along the line... And the reason why I didn't go is because I was scared of the numbness, not feeling anything...nothing. That is what brought me back into this World... Start anew...Reinvent Myself...Continue my Story. Now over the Years from that day I found ways of mediating my Depression. Boxing was a major benefit which in time lead me to become a Personal Trainer. Physical fitness and the helping of others was my pathway into coping with Depression. It differs for every person but I believe as long as you find that Pathway, you'll be able to Stand tall and be Proud that you kept moving Forward... No matter how deep you go, there will always be a ray of sunshine no matter how small, tethered to yourself. So you can always find your way back.

No matter how long or short the Journey is, difficulty will always Arise. Will that prevent you from Reaching your Goal? No. You'll Persevere... You'll Struggle... You'll Breakdown... You'll Rebuild... Everything will be thrown at you. It is up to you to decide whether you Push through the Bombardment or Stay where you are... No one can make you choose... Only You.

03.01.2022 Congratulations Christopher & Charnelle for Completing the 4 Session Long Fitness Test (I'm really mean muahaha). From the very beginning they Overcame their Limits, continually breaking their records another 3 Times. They never gave up, even when they could of easily just said "I'm not feeling it today", they didn't quit.... They are my pride & joy...
