13.01.2022 B L U E M O O N simple explanation, I have received quite a few inquiries about the Blue Moon & when it is actually happening. There has been a lot of adver...tising of the Blue Moon being on October 31st or November 1st and also November 30th. The Blue Moon is not actually called as such because of the Colour of the Moon (it is not normally blue, but history has seen it in the shade of blue which is extremely rare), it is called that because of the timing of the Moon Phase. A Blue Moon usually happens every 2 years or so (approx. every 30 to 33 months). There are 2 ways of contemplating a Blue Moon: The Modern or most Common way in this day-n-age, is a Calendar Blue Moon : which is, if there is 2 Full Moons in one calendar month, then the second Full Moon is referred to as the Blue Moon. Then there is the Traditional or Folklore way which is referred to as the Seasonal Blue Moon : when there are 4 Full Moons in one Season (summer/autumn/winter/spring), then the 3rd Full Moon is referred to as the Blue Moon. Here at Spiritual Whispers we tend to mostly follow the Moon Phases as per the Southern Hemisphere guidelines, which we also gain knowledge from a few sources such as our Lunar & Moontime Diaries, along with other astrological guides. So we are going to Celebrate a Blue Moon twice this November. Being Springtime (my fav. season) and November being the last month of Spring, it's personally a great time to manifest & balance everything in your life. 05.01.2022 Such a beautiful morning with a day of rest, reflect, connect and come back to alignment. There is a lot for me to process today and in some areas of life I fe...el triggered but when we explore the triggering emotions that cause discomfort and hold space for ourselves that is where the magic happens. The thing is though it takes time! It also takes the decision to prioritise your emotional needs and personal journey of healing and growth as important. It’s a wonderful thing to be productive and in a flow of excitement and feeling successful but success can take make forms as can the steps forward which aren’t always obvious come down to where you are at in yourself. I am on a a spiritual path, it will be a forever journey of growth and self discovery as it should be for everyone. We are meant to grow and change not stay the same, we are meant to dig deep and get to know parts of ourselves that may have been hidden or shut down and to then implement the treasures within and gifts that arrise in our lives. But we have to make and commit time or growth doesn’t happen. If you feel a bit out of balance, unaligned with your path, unsure of your purpose or a bit burnt out in the rat race that life can become (when we let it), I challenge you to stop and hold space for yourself. Some great ways to do this are : getting away from your house exercise time in nature journaling meditation conscious breathing day dreaming letting go of responsibility for the day mindfully enjoying each moment. connecting you your body Slow down and allow whichever emotions wish to come up and embrace them, cry, laugh, smile. Accept yourself and your souls messages wholeheartedly, gently and lovingly as the wisdom to your needs. Once you acknowledge and start listening to your needs everything changes for the better. Your life changes, your creativity changes.
