23.01.2022 Some of Australian History. The old railway tracks that were built between 1919-1920 between Glenreagh and Dorrigo. The last train ran in 1972. The tunnels were built by Maltase immigrants. Most of the track is now impassable. I cant imagine the conditions those who built this had to face.

18.01.2022 I don't normally post or take photos about things like this, however this will affect everyone in the long run if it is not stopped or changes are made. Not many Australians know what this is all about or why it is so important, so I will share it with you. The goverment appointed a tribunal, called the Road Safety Remuneration Tribunal, to come up with ways to make the trucking indusrty safer (for more on what they are for vist their website www.rsrt.gov.au). Those who sit b...ehind a desk all day every day thought it would be a good idea to set a minium rate that has to be paid for every load. That in its self isn't really a bad thing, unless of course it was only for one group of truck companies, Owner drivers. At first when I heard that there would be set rates I thought it was a great idea, however as I looked into it more I found that there are a few major problems. This order is set to put around 35000+ owner drivers out of business, lose not only their trucks but also their houses, some of them their lifes and families. WITHOUT TRUCKS AUSTRALIA STOPS. Just some food for thought.

11.01.2022 I would like to share a story with you all. On the 7th March I was just scrolling my Facebook feed when I came across a post from a bride in a wedding group. She had been trying to contact her photographer desperately as her wedding was on the 12th March and didn't know what to do. I commented and said I was sorry a professional had treated her that way and if she got stuck to let me know. A few hours later I received an inbox from the bride asking for my fees. My heart went ...out to this beautiful lady so I gave her a big discount. Anyway she asked if I would be her photographer, of course I said yes. A phone call and a few messages later the 12th arrived. I arrived at the brides parents house, introduced myself to everyone (there was no time to do a meeting before the wedding) and got to work. The day was amazing, and filled with love. I was very lucky to have been able to capture the start of the rest of their life with themselves as well as their two daughters. As a little something else, as I still feel bad for their experience with the other photographer, I ordered them a canvas print and a coffee table book both of which arrived today. I am so glad I am able to help people and see just how much it means to them. I guess the reason I wanted to share this story is to let everyone know that there are still business that are willing to do whatever it takes to help and make peoples life's just that little better. I hope everyone has an amazing day. :) <3
