04.01.2022 Hi all please take the time to read I feel I need to address the online defamation and absolute bullying of a local business that has been going on lately. As someone who has been in the hair and beauty game for 20 years, it is a hard slog and we do what we do to try and make people happy. We are humans and even though we have the best training, sort after the best products and try to work under time constraints, to fit as many of our clients in. Sometimes we make human ...error as we are not robots. This happens to the best of us and any operator that hasn't made an error ( sometimes it's not even our fault as the client doesn't always follow correct home care or other elements react with product etc ) is not being honest. It is how we fix it that makes the difference and this business I know has owned up to some teething issues and rectified those with refunds and re do's. Now we have online hero's that haven't even been to the shop giving bad reviews, conversations were only half shown and there is so much more to it so I ask please can we stop this hatred bandwagon, think before we jump on the keyboard as it's actually affecting real lives and we should be uplifting woman not tearing them down. It takes guts to put your whole life savings on the line! I ask would you be that brave?? I cannot stand by and watch another business that's trying their best, friend or not get slammed like this for everyone to see, especially when they have treated over 2000 clients and have so many happy customers. Unfortunately the trolls are scaring those good people from standing up. This happens to so many people and enough is enough. Just something to think about and thanks for reading not hate
