For a flat fee of $11.66 we will pick up and deliver your: * groceries * prescriptions... * essential items * take away food Either download the Shebah Rider app or if you're an existing Shebah passenger, update your existing app (the update is now available) at the app store and you will see the new "drop" option. It's very user friendly and easy to use, you can even book your preferred driver for your delivery :) Any questions? Our tech team have been hard at work and have come up with some fantastic new, world leading, features to our app. You can still book your preferred driver and your trip from 90 mins to 30 days in advance but there are new features such as XL Cars, multiple baby/booster seat options, pets, and even Shebah Drops deliveries, all within the app. You can now even tip your driver Make sure your app is up-to-date at the app store and check out all the options available

05.01.2022 Our awesome tech team have been really busy adding wonderful features to your rider app. You can now book an XL vehicle (if one’s available) and customise your ride, adding car seats booster seats and messages to your driver about your unaccompanied children. You can also book your fixed fare delivery (Shebah Drops) on the app.... All the good old stuff is still there and you can still book your preferred driver if you want. Make sure to update your app and check out the new features

03.01.2022 Announcement From November 1, advanced bookings can be anywhere from 90 minutes to 14 days in advance. At Shebah, we have made this change to ensure that advance bookings can be covered by our drivers. Just a couple of things to consider when making your bookings:... Did you know that you can only see available cars on your rider app? If we are on a trip we disappear from your map. We may be able to do your trip, we are just already on one! If you have the contact number of your fav driver, send her a text, she will get back to you with her availability. Did you know that If we are on a trip we cannot accept a new booking? So, keep trying, contact your preferred driver if you have her details and let her know you need a trip. This applies especially during our peak driving times such as between 8 and 9am and 2-4pm on school days, it's when our drivers are doing school runs. If you don't need a booking during this time it's best to wait until before or after these times to make your booking to have the best chance of a driver being able to accept your booking.
