15.01.2022 IMPORTANT TIMELY REMINDER FOR PARENTS OF OUR TEENAGE PASSENGERS As drivers that bring your daughters home safe late at night until the wee hours of the morning, from the City or the suburbs on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Please, please, please, ensure the App is up to date not only on your phone, but also on your daughter's phone. Credit Card details need to be kept up to date, and with enough available funds to cover their trips.... Lately, we've had quite a number of credit cards being declined, often because the card is expired, and what is most upsetting for us drivers is we can't get your daughter home, especially when she is at her most vulnerable Until a booking goes through successfully, we are unable to have access to her exact location, or her phone number to be able to make contact with her. A message does pop up on the passenger App, but it's fleeting. If your precious family members are a little tipsy or tired, they may not understand what the problem is. We have had passengers try up to 10 times in a row to book a ride, with no success. It can be frustrating for the passenger - they may think were not accepting bookings when we are. Its heartbreaking for us - knowing your daughters are trying to get home safely, and we have no way of contacting them unless the booking's successful.
