12.01.2022 I’m so grateful that as this term closes : we could once again gather as a group to practice Yoga ,laugh and share our stories ,even though we had so many new Covid procedures to follow ....we did it ! See you next term starting back Saturday 10th October @ 8.30 am and Tuesday 13th @ 7.30 pm at Berowra Uniting Church and Wednesday 14th @9.30 am at Thornleigh Uniting Church for a 10 week term. Special intro prices for those wanting to try something new... beginners always welcome in our friendly group !

10.01.2022 I sooo wish we were getting together in real life ...but for now it’s Zoom Yoga and as soon as the Churches give the go ahead for face to face I will let you know . In the mean time check you have your own props for when we do meet back as I won’t be able to share mine anymore. Its a good idea to have your own Yoga Mat, block, blanket , eye pillow and strap . These can be purchased from a shop like rebel sport or online from King Yoga or EMP Industrial . Look forward to zooming with you tonight at 7pm please check your inbox for invites .

02.01.2022 I’m so excited to let you know Yoga classes are returning ...smiling faces to faces at Berowra Uniting Church this coming Tuesday 4th August @ 7.30 pm and Saturday 8th @8.30 am . Please watch out for the email in your inbox and reply if your are intending to return or start up again. We are a registered Covid safe class with strict regulations in place , so rest assured everything is being done so all you have to do is turn up and chill out... but remember to bring your own mats, blocks , straps & blanket, no sharing allowed !
