01.01.2022 We were so excited to win the Excellence During the COVID19 Pandemic Community Goodwill Award at last nights inaugural Shelter WA Affordable Housing and Homeles...sness Awards. In a year where it was important to respond quickly to the changing environment we were able to provide meaningful support to older people to prevent social isolation, ensure wellbeing and address housing needs. We did this with the aid of volunteers, a small dedicated team of workers, and by tapping into the skills and resilience of older people. It was a huge honour to be recognised by the national judging panel for our COVID 19 response. Thankyou so much to Liz Lennon for nominating us!
