18.01.2022 My progress photo. None of them are before photos btw. I've also had great journey losing weight 6 months ago I weighed in at 106kg probably the most strongest I've ever been probably the most unhealthiest. I struggle with normal day to day stuff for example walking up stairs I would run out of breath also would jog for 100 m and I would get a stitch, my mobility and flexibility was awful. Now I'm weighing in at 91kg feeling hundred times little, healthy and more energised. M...y mobility and flexibility has never been so great 'I can reach and touch my toes now'. I also always wanted to have strong and toned back which I'm getting there and it's still in progress. You can really changed the way your living if you start putting your mind to it. I'm an ordinarily person who goes out socialising, drinking and having fun also eating what I want. Until recently I have had bad diet always having takeaways and having way to many sugary foods but all I had to do was change the way i was eating and watching what I was putting into my body. I started notice that my body already started to change within the two weeks. So if you change the way you eating and start exercises you'll get to you where you wanna be. 07.01.2022 Here is another inspirational person. My client Bryan had always been an over weight child growing up. Always struggling with losing weight and didn't have any motivation but it all changed now he has matured into a young man, he realised how much his weight was affecting his everyday life. He has been training with me for least 4 months and seeing his results has been remarkable. Bryan is stronger, faster and healthier than ever before. I am thankful to have been given the opportunity to be his personal trainer seeing how far he has come. Before photo weighing in at 85 kg and after photo weighing in at 68 kg. Proud of him. 07.01.2022 Zac and myself hitting our personal best on the leg press of 360 kg . I only got 4 reps and my boy Zac got 10 reps. #whatabeast



02.01.2022 Hey everyone I want you all to meet Zac, he has been training for just over a year now and look at the results he's getting. As the picture below showing what he used to look to what he does now. He is one person that I personally look up to, he has also motivated me to push a little more and never give up on myself. Zac has had his ups and downs just like everyone else but he just keeps pushing himself to his absolute limit. I've seen Zac late at night training like there's ...no tomorrow. He used to weigh in at 150kg as shown in the first two photos, now weighing in at 105kg he has come along way and I'm just so proud of him. Zac is now currently studying his certificate 3 & 4 in fitness and wants to help people achieve their goals.
