25.01.2022 Riley & Ulfer concentrating hard at seeing who can finish their treat first to allow for theft of the losers'. After a long and hard journey for both of us I'm happy to say that Riley is one cheeky, happy and playful camper :)

14.01.2022 A significant day last Friday. The last puppy that will ever leave Shepherd Hill Kennels with their excited owners. After over twenty years of breeding, late nights up with bitches in labour, the excitement of the first puppy being born and the time and effort to raise them this little guy is the last. In her usual fashion, Mum would have had little cry and I'd be there telling here "No Mum, you can't keep them all!". This is ShepherdHill Omega "The End".

14.01.2022 Just a reminder for tomorrow : Just confirming some details of Mum's gathering at Christies Beach this Saturday, the 29th March. We always used to walk the dogs along to the right at the beach until the cliff prevented us from walking further. We thought this would be an appropriate spot. My brother tells me if you drive down beach road to the end, there are stairs down to the beach adjacent to the end of that road. If you walk down those stairs and to your right I'm sure you'll spot the cliff ending and/or other doggy people already there. The time will be 2pm. Sorry if this is a bit of a scattered message - it's a bit tricky finding a meeting spot on a beach where I can't give an exact address for us to all use google maps! We hope to see you and your woofa's there. Regards, Michelle.

11.01.2022 My brother and I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to those who attended yesterday at the beach. I know many more would have liked to be there but couldn't make it but I know you were all there in spirit. We were blessed with a beautiful day and some very well behaved dogs! My sincere apologies for giving the wrong directions to the spot on the beach :/ at my age you'd think I know my left from my right! When I saw you all walking with all your wonderful dogs I cried su...ch tears of happiness knowing that Mum would be looking down and would have said it was the best birthday present ever. Thank you all. Michelle x

10.01.2022 For some reason I can't tag people.... HUGE thanks to Gayle Mercer, Jean Butterfield and Donna Vigor for giving up their time to help me yesterday and MASSIVE THANKS to Rebecca Smith (German Shepherds South Australia) for her amazing efforts and advice. Honestly, I could not have done it without you guys and I'm very grateful. xo

09.01.2022 A bitter sweet day last week when the Shepherd Hill Kennels sign was pulled down bringing a bit of a heart breaking finality to it all. Thank you to those who have supported me, let me vent, given me advice and helped me through such a challenging time. The sign is gone but the memories created will always remain. <3 Michelle.
