18.01.2022 Finishing off with high rep banded goblet squats after my lower body session which included barbell squat, hip thrusts, leg extensions, walking lunges, banded kickbacks and banded abductions!! Leg and glute burn Guess what I didn’t want to do this workout. I rarely have the motivation to workout. I just know I have to do it and do it!! I have no weight loss or muscle building goals at the moment and I’m still doing it!! Why?? Because it makes me feel good, mentally and phy...sically! One of my tips is to write the days of the week and note down what exercise you are planning to do each day including rest days, and then every day do it! Don’t wait till you feel like working out as that day may never come!! Write it down, lock it in, compete it and tick it off every day!! I assure you this way ensures that even if your not motivated you will still get it done no matter what!! You are in charge of your own physical and mental well-being! Every day choose you. Make the time to work out and eat well!! Get up 30mins earlier. Plan your food! Don’t make excuses. We all have the same amount of time in the day! Make you a priority!! Its 5 weeks till Christmas, if you’ve let excuses creep in these last few weeks choose to train hard and eat well and by Christmas you’ll be feeling amazing!!!

01.01.2022 Loving my lunches this week! Ham and salad toasted pitas, topped with perinaise! I sit down with a knife and fork and savour every mouthful! My aim going forward is to be more mindful when I eat and not rush!
