08.01.2022 It was a sad day when I returned to Laurel Hospice for the first time since my brother, Tom passed away from brain cancer in February 2018, but it felt like the right time to share our family's experience with palliative care. Firstly, to raise money for a wellness program for the staff like Angel Simon featured in this video who provided end of life care to Tom and secondly to raise awareness about the importance of palliative care to help people with a life-limiting illness... live a more fulfilling life and experience a better death. Your donation would be so gratefully appreciated, you can make it here: https://laurelpalliative.hospitalresearch.com.au/ Laurel Palliaitve Care Foundation is a charity of The Hospital Research Foundation.
