24.01.2022 Improving the aesthetics with minimal intervention and alteration. Gingivectomy on 21 was done initially to balance the gingival height, emax crowns on 11 and 21 fabricated to replace the existing poorly fitting crowns, and composite build ups on remaining anteriors. The overall shape of the teeth were determined by the patient and the shade was kept as original to minimise too much of a change. The patient wanted an improvement with subtlety and without the public noticing too much. #dentistry #dentist #aesthetics #prosthodontics #crowns #veneers #shibatadental #cosmeticdentistry

14.01.2022 Dislodged bridge due to fractured abutment tooth 34. Endodontic treatment performed together with the placement of a post, and cores. The existing bridge was recemented after a thorough cleaning and conditioning of the fitting surfaces. Occlusion adjusted appropriately. The last radiographs show straight after, and 8months post op. #dentistry #dentist #endodontics #rootcanal #bridge #prosthodontics #shibatadental
