Here are a few cost effective ideas which are easy to reverse when you move out!! Doors and doorknobs, Toilet seats, Curtains and blinds, Light fixtures, Pot Plants, Energy saving light bulbs, Kitchen & bathroom fixtures...Rugs etc Remember if you decide to use the 3M hooks for photos and art work.. we highly reccomend to not opt for the cheaper brand as they are no where near close to the quality and can tend to damage walls and not hold. ALSO check weight requirements on the 3M hooks. Pay attention to the quality of paint used also as this can affect the ability for even the correct 3M hooks to even hold. Keep copies of your tenancy agreement, all other tenancy documents, condition report, and any further correspondence between you and your property manager and landlord be it emails, phone calls, texts, letters and inspections.
