05.01.2022 Haven’t been promoting the agency much of late, but working behind the scenes to get things done! We had an awesome auction result in Killarney Heights last Saturday and saw a modest 4 bedroom home in Blarney Avenue sell for over $2,080,000. There were 8 registered bidders and more than 170 groups had inspected the home since the marketing began. A number of offers were received prior, and the temptation for the vendor was there to sell, but her trust and confidence in my ...expertise and advice, saw her hold out and really benefit. Just remember, you don’t have to sell for the first offer you receive, or even the fourth! I’ve seen a number of homes this year sold within the first week of marketing.
