18.01.2022 And that’s it for another year! December grading over and we have a new green tip (Nikoli) and 2 new Jnr Black Belts (Lynch and Marley)! Congratulations , great effort from all of you. A special mention to Lynch and Marley, it’s been a hard slog but they both showed commitment and desire to achieve their goal and were rewarded. Well done boys.

17.01.2022 Found this fascinating to watch. While I think they should of been doing this in a proper facility, with some protective gear on, you can't argue with the technique used. Great combos. Watch and learn kids.

16.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Adamstown classes start up again tonight, here are a few things to be aware of. - Upon arrival at the school one of the first things you will need to do is fill out an external visitors acknowledgement form. In addition to this I will now require you to also sign-in, in our new attendance book. Consider this a more manual version of the COVID safe app. I will have the forms and signing in book, so just come and see me.... - As mentioned the hall is out of action tonight as it is being re-lacquered currently, but should be available on Wednesday. - Therefore we will train outside under the COLA. Please note the basketball court is also being re-surfaced and might be taped off when you arrive, so please avoid that area too. - As we will be outside on a harder surface, you may want to consider wearing trainers, but that is your choice. However if kicking the bags please remove shoes first. - The temperature looks like it could well be into the 30’s around 6pm, so if you prefer to just wear a t-shirt and shorts today that is ok. - Please bring plenty of water with you we will have a few water breaks. There are also water bubblers outside. - Please bring a towel with you. Given all the hygiene regulations we have currently, It’s important that you remember to bring a towel every night we train. - I would also recommend you bring your own wipes and sanitisers with you also. There will be some onsite but it is recommended to bring your own. - Although not required tonight, going forward you will need to make sure that when you attend classes that you have a mouth guard. - It is recommended that you purchase a set of boxing gloves, preferably a pair that has a padded thumb also.
