21.01.2022 Good morning to our whole Taekwondo community. IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ. Cambridge Park and Bringelly.... UPDATE COVID-19 from our PM last night for all indoor sports training for the safety of yourself and others. As from 12pm today all indoor / outdoor training is banned across our Nation until further notice. Therefore, there will be NO training in our usual premises. However, I have been prepared for this and have actively been preparing for our own Taekwondo Training Drills@Shilla Taekwondo. ‘Shilla’s Streamed Sessions’ With Master Benny! I’ll upload this program in stages in our Shilla Communication Page for current members to get this started. I will endeavour to do my best and have training programs up and everyone’s patterns up as well from White Belts to all our Black Belts. I encourage all students to keep stretching and training at home. Please stay safe, look after yourself, your family members and loved ones. 09.01.2022 It’s been awesome to see so many students come online for training as we even managed to do our end of term ‘Formal Grading’ last night online through Zoom in 3 sessions, white belts, yellow belts, blue and red belts together and fantastic to see all parents interacting with their child / children during training and grading. SUPER!! Very proud of you all.. In my whole career of training for 40 years I’ve never had to do this online training and it’s been a great success!... Now I’m even learning the technology of today as well. Thanks to my partner Leigh for setting up this program for me in my home Dojang!! Thanks to all students and parents for supporting our Shilla Club during these tough times as I’ll do everything I can to keep our kids active, training and still kicking. HUGE thanks to my Assistant Instructor Claudia Ward for doing ALL the demonstrations as I monitor all my students. 05.01.2022 Our Shilla Club went live on Monday and Tuesday night for all my existing students through Zoom. It was a great success to see students come online for our first 2 nights of training. Beginners and Advanced Classes.... I’ve turned my back yard into a mini Dojang. Thanks to Leigh Price for setting up this program for me for all our Shilla family members and community as I’m still trying my best to keep up with this technology, lol.. And thanks to my Assistant Instructor Claudia Ward for doing ALL the warm up/stretches & ALL demonstrations as I called out every move. Claudia will continue to keep doing so as I monitor all students doing their moves online. Keep up your training guys as this is our new normal JUST FOR NOW. Very proud of all my students with your training and thanks to all parents for downloading the app to keep our children in some type of routine and normality. Thank you Master Benny.

05.01.2022 TRAINING UP-DATE PLEASE READ INFORMATION. I’ve spoken to the GM from the (PVRSC) today and looks like the Centre and our Dojang could be closed for at least another 2 weeks minimum. So training will continue back on as normal in our old premises at Cambridge Park Hall.... 97 Oxford Street Cambridge Park as from Wednesday, 18th March at your usual time slots. Monday and Wednesday’s 5pm Ninjas 6pm Family Our training program will be modified and consist of self training ONLY and NO contact with other students or people until further notice. So 'NO' self defence for now. I will provide pump soap, and paper towels which will be left in the kitchen area. PLEASE ensure that all persons entering our premises wash your hands thoroughly with everything provided for the health and safety of yourself and all family members before coming out into our training area. I understand everyone’s situations during these hard times and looking forward to keeping our children kicking. Thank you to all students and parents for all your support and understanding. 02.01.2022 My home Shilla Dojang is all set up for online training!! Hope to see you all online this evening and tomorrow through Zoom for our usual online classes. Same password as last week. My Assistant Instructor Claudia Ward will be doing all stretches, warm-ups and all demonstrations while I monitor all students through my laptop and on the big screen.... Beginners: 5:30pm-6:15pm. White - Yellow Belts. Advanced: 6:30pm-7:30pm. Blue - Black Belts. Students free to do both classes and parents why not join in with your child / children. Thank you Master Benny
