19.01.2022 Sand play promotes physical development - large muscle skills develop as children dig, pour & scoop. Eye & hand coordination and small muscle control improve as children learn to manipulate accessories. These activities promote social skills as well as children interact with those around them to work together and share the resources.

08.01.2022 Welcome to all our new children & families joining the Shine family for 2019! Miss Sara created new play spaces for both rooms and the children have enjoyed engaging in these new set ups. A new activity in the Dolphin room included an area where the children could re-create their facial features & feelings on a blank canvas. This will assist them to strengthen their identity & recognise emotions & feelings.

08.01.2022 Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas... Miss Sara organised Christmas card photo's of the babies. Cody is enjoying sitting back and chilling out in Santa's Sled! Olyver is very excited that Christmas is only around the corner...
