Culvert works will be done first between Wyalkatchem and Trayning, we wi...ll then widen the road between Wyalkatchem and Nembudding South Road and the road 12km west of Wyalkatchem will then be sealed. Works are planned to continue untill March 2021. The road between Nembudding South Road and Trayning will be widened in 2021/22. 10.01.2022 2 February 2021 Wyalkatchem Pool Reopening The Shire of Wyalkatchem is pleased to announce the town pool will re-open Wednesday 3 February at 11am. The Shire Council also advises that additional testing of the positive sample taken on 21 January, has determined that the detected organism is entirely harmless, which means the community’s health has not been placed at any risk. Pool management has identified and treated the likely source.... We ask that people attending the pool tomorrow do the right thing. Pool goers will be required to register their attendance either by using the Safe WA App or the paper register and we ask that social distancing and good personal hygiene is practiced. Hand sanitizer will be available for use. We encourage the community to return to the pool and to safely enjoy its service for the remainder of this pool season. Peter Klein Chief Executive
