10.01.2022 A message from our Yoga/Wellbeing Teacher Ash! This term in our Yoga & Wellbeing classes at SHPS we are connecting to the 4 elements of Mother Nature - Earth, air, water & fire. We connect to these Mother Earth energies that are also within us, by using our breath, crystals, mindfulness, moving our body in yoga poses & we end with a beautiful relaxing guided meditation. This week we connected with Earth energy. We talked about & practiced what feeling grounded is as we imagined we had beautiful roots growing from our feet deep into the Earth. The children said they felt very calm, safe, loved, relaxed, & always love connecting with the magic of crystals. Love, Ash x
