13.01.2022 It’s all about determination! Story Time I was addicted to the gym for a few years and was deadlifting 200kg, bench pressing 100kg & squatting 150kg! I lost it all as my mental health got in the way and I couldn’t hold a job! I’ve only just started going to the gym again full time in hopes to get back my motivation and confidence!
