A program designed to build your confidence and connection with the Ocean by learning through play-like activities that are specific for beginner surfing and Ocean knowledge. Each session begins with mindfulness, transitioning into gentle movement and slowly building into more intensive group activities. We then simmer down with a moment of reflection! Without even realising it, you are building connection with the ocean, knowledge and skills to enjoy the basics of surfing, or just enjoying the ocean environment with confidence and connection.
