13.01.2022 Hi Karate-ka, Hope you are coping as best you can. I have given some thought to your training and I have decided to ask you all to train as best you can. All of you have trained at the dojo and know your own level of understanding of the techniques. I’d like to ask you all to send or call me with any questions or require any explanations of techniques. Take a video of your Kata and send it to me via messenger.... I will look at it and respond and give you feed back. It is not easy to to self train but try the best way you can . Remember stretch first, then do basics, and then Kata. Please keep in contact with me. Take care of your selfs. OSS See more

12.01.2022 Hi Karate-ka, It’s not surprising that I write this today and advise that our dojo will close its doors until further notice. I commend the Goverment on its hard stand and tough regulations to bring COVID-19 to an end. We all need to listen and be guided on how we can help each other particularly our elderly. Training is a wonderful way of dealing with stress and anxiety. Remember our Dojo Kun . I encourage all of you to train whenever and where ever you can.... I will advise you all on ways to do this. My telephone number is 0418 234880 And I am available anytime. Go well and stay safe and be thoughtful to one and other. OSS See more
