This beautiful guest came to us wanting to be be blonde. Mind you she was dark as you can see from before pic. Her hair was not in great condition and one of my stylist even had a sleepless night worrying about her hair before her appointment. . She was called to reschedule and to discuss the goals in a thorough realistic consultation. With an in- salon cleanse and treatment and sent home with a some maintaince products to rectify some previous iso damage, and a new appointment.
