21.01.2022 Celebrating after the hours and hours ..... many days and nights ..... months of tirelessly working on the Audit process and setting up to establish myself as a Registered Provider ...... it has all paid off. Today I received confirmation from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, I am officially a Registered Provider. I look forward (especially during these difficult times), of delivering a highly skilled and experienced service for the most vulnerable people in our community. Let the journey begin to continue my passion of "Making Change Happen"

I have been contacting NDIS Commission tirelessly this week to speed up my Certification so I can assist our most vulnerable people in our community. In the meantime, the latest news is Support Coordination can now come from Core funding. If you have PM Core, please contact to discuss your needs. SEMPHN has commissioned Better Place Australia to deliver The Way Back Support Service to individuals who have been discharged from Casey and Dandenong Hospital’s emergency department following a suicide attempt or crisis.

07.01.2022 Referrals open for free alcohol and other drug treatment program ResetLife is a free, intensive outpatient Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) treatment program, based on the Matrix Treatment Model, for people who live or work in south eastern Melbourne. ResetLife is an alternative treatment to residential rehabilitation. It involves 16 weeks of structured, intensive outpatient treatment, followed by 36 weeks of continuing care. So, people can stay connected in their community while... accessing intensive treatment. Peninsula Health delivers ResetLife (adults) in Frankston.
